What is MySpaces?

MySpaces is a Chrome extension that helps you organize your browser tabs into spaces.

Each space represents a separate context, such as a project, task, or topic, so you can keep your work focused and clutter-free.

Instead of reopening the same tabs every day, MySpaces lets you save, group, and restore your tabs instantly. You can switch between spaces in one click and continue exactly where you left off.

MySpaces also supports:

Chrome tab groups
Pinned tabs
Syncing your spaces across browsers and computers (when signed in)

Your data stays private. MySpaces does not track or monitor your browsing activity, and everything works locally unless you enable sync.

How to create your first tabs space?

Creating your first space in MySpaces takes just a few seconds.

Open the MySpaces extension Click the MySpaces icon in your Chrome or any other supported browser toolbar.
Click “Add Space” You’ll see an option to add a new space. Give it a name that matches your task or project (for example: Work, Study, or Client Project).
Add your tabs to the space MySpaces will save all currently open tabs into the new space. You can also move tabs into the space later if needed.
Switch between spaces anytime Once created, you can instantly switch between spaces with one click. MySpaces will open the correct tabs for that space automatically.

That’s it, your first tab space is ready.

From now on, you can return to this space anytime and continue exactly where you left off.

How to edit / delete your spaces?

Sign in / Sign up

Signing in to MySpaces lets you sync your spaces and tabs across browsers and computers.

How it works:

MySpaces uses Google Sign-In only.
There’s no separate registration or password to remember.
Click Sign In, choose your Google account, and you’re done.

Do I need an account?

❌ No — MySpaces works locally without signing in.
✅ Yes — if you want sync across devices, an account is required.

Once signed in, your spaces, tab groups, and pinned tabs stay available wherever you use MySpaces.

How to Get a License?

Open the MySpaces extension Click the Profile icon and go to the Account section.
Select “Buy License Now” You’ll see the Buy License Now button.
Complete the purchase Follow the secure checkout process. This is a one-time payment with no subscription.
License delivery After payment, your license will be sent to your email.
Activate your license Once activated, your account will unlock all premium features automatically.

Delete license

If you want to remove your license from the current account or device, you can do so at any time.

How to delete a license:

Open the MySpaces extension.
Go to the Account section.
Click the trash icon next to your active license.
Confirm the action.

What happens after deletion:

The license is removed from the current account.
Premium features will be disabled on this account.
You can activate the license again later using the same license key.
Your spaces and tabs are not deleted.

This is useful if you want to switch accounts, move the license to another setup, or re-activate it later.

Account security

MySpaces uses Google Sign-In to keep your account secure.

We don’t create accounts or store passwords ourselves.

What this means for you:

Your login is handled entirely by Google.
MySpaces never sees or stores your password.
Only the minimum information needed for syncing is used.
We don’t track your browsing or personal activity.

Sync Between browsers

MySpaces lets you sync your spaces and tabs between different browsers.

To make this work, you must be signed in to the same MySpaces account on two or more browsers.

Once signed in:

Your spaces and tabs sync automatically
You can continue your work without reopening tabs
Your workspace stays consistent across browsers

As long as you’re signed in on each browser, your spaces will stay up to date and ready to use.

Sync Between computers

MySpaces lets you sync your spaces and tabs between different browsers.

To make this work, you must be signed in to the same MySpaces account on two or more browsers.

Once signed in:

Your spaces and tabs sync automatically
You can continue your work without reopening tabs
Your workspace stays consistent across browsers

As long as you’re signed in on each browser, your spaces will stay up to date and ready to use.
